Our nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The members of our staff are available at any time when needed to respond to a crisis related to the illness.

We not only care for the health and well-being of our patients but for their families as well. We are here to support and meet the needs of the patient's family during the time of loss and grief. 

Our team of qualified physicians, nurses, and other care team members will craft and execute the patient's care plan to make sure that each patient is comfortable and receives the best care possible.

Together with our team of highly qualified nurses, our certified home health aides, chaplains, social workers, and volunteers are ready to assist you.

We at Lakeshore Hospice, Inc. perform a proactive clinical approach. In addition to nurses and physicians, our team also includes HHAs, Chaplains, SWs, Volunteers, Nutritional Counseling, and integrative therapies such as massage, music, pet, and bereavement support.
